SmartWay Solutions follows a transparent refund policy:
Refunds are applicable only in case of:Duplicate payment
Technical failure preventing service access
Incorrect billing
Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of payment.
Once assessment access is activated or content is consumed, refunds will not be issued.
Subscription cancellations will stop future billing but do not qualify for refunds of current periods.
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days.
